Summer is here and to kick things off, I wanted to have a little fun! I am hosting my first ever Cutest Kids Contest! You will be able to enter a photo of your adorable child to win a free photo session and portrait package with Sari Underwood Photography! You may begin sending in those snapshots of your adorable kids TONIGHT at 12:01am EST. So find your favorite photo (no professional photos please) and get ready to send that e-mail! Read below for all the details!!

Here are the details:
TO ENTER
– one entry per child
– you must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you enter into the contest
– child must be 10 years old or younger on the date of entry
– submissions may not be professional photographs
– photo must have been taken in the last 6 months
– photos will be accepted beginning 12:01am (EST) thursday, june 10, 2010 through saturday, june 12, 2010 at 11:59pm (EST) via email
– only photos e-mailed to info [at] sariunderwoodphoto [dot] com with the subject line CUTEST KID CONTEST will be accepted
– include your child’s name and age in the e-mail (first name and age will be posted for viewing), as well as your name, contact information and how you heard about this contest.
– contest open to everyone, however the session must take place within 30 miles of Orlando, FL zip code 32828. If you live out of the area, you may come here for your session. Otherwise, a travel fee will be charged of $1 per mile, each direction, beyond 30 miles of zip code 32828.
– every entry will receive a $25 credit towards their next session fee with Sari Underwood Photography. limit one per household/family. must be used by September 1, 2010.
HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED
– all entries will be uploaded into an album by Sari Underwood Photography on the facebook fan page
– to vote for a photo you MUST be a ‘fan’ (or under the new facebook system ‘like’) Sari Underwood Photography
– click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the Sari Underwood Photography album labeled ‘summer 2010 cutest kid contest’
– photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner. comments permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes
– voting will close sunday, june 20th, 2010 at 11:59pm (EST)
– official winner will be notified and announced on monday, june 21st, 2010
WHAT YOU WILL WIN
– the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo that receives the most ‘likes’ will receive a free photo session (for up to 4 immediate family members, $25 fee per additional person) with Sari Underwood Photography, one 8×10 photo, two 5×7 photos, and one set of 8 wallets
– photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning, and completed before September 1, 2010
– prize retail value of $290 – can not be altered or changed in any way, and not redeemable for cash
– additional prints and products will be available for purchase. please inquire for price sheet.
– not redeemable towards newborn or birth photography
– 2nd place winner will receive a $75 credit with Sari Underwood Photography, must be used by September 1, 2010.
– 3rd place winner will receive a $50 credit with Sari Underwood Photography, must be used by September 1, 2010.
– no other promotions or discounts can be applied to prizes
– prizes are not transferable to other persons
– winners must be willing to sign a portrait contract
