about the experience
If you’ve ever had a less then enjoyable experience at one of the big box studios, then you can appreciate what custom photography will offer you. I will patiently work with your family in a casual environment to capture your children as they are, naturally. I prefer to approach the session as if it’s just a play date and let your child enjoy themselves while I capture them doing what they love to do. I will allow time for diaper changes, snacks or just a little break if needed. I want everyone to be relaxed and have fun!
about the newborn session
Newborn sessions typically take place within the first two weeks of life in order to obtain those wonderfully sleepy poses. If you are considering a newborn session, please contact me as soon as possible so we may place you on my calendar. I try to make room in my schedule for newborn clients as soon as possible but it is best if I know ahead of time when your little one is due to arrive. However, if your baby has just arrived, please feel free to contact me and we will try to find the best time to do your session! Newborn sessions last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on baby. We will allow plenty of time for feedings, diaper changes and the unexpected. Photos with the parents and siblings may also be included. All newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your own home.
